It's a nice day for a (pause) white wedding.

Billy Idol sang the theme song for the day. On Friday and Saturday it snowed 30". The wedding was on Monday and it was a nice day for a white wedding. I have spent a lot of time with young men in my days. I have said that if I had a daughter of marrying age, there are 2 high school/college age guys who I know who are the type of guy I would approve of my daughter marrying. Back in the USA

It was great to be reunited with my family yesterday. We made it. It was only 3 weeks but it was the longest I have ever been away from any of my family members. We are looking forward to the wedding and holidays and visiting with many of you. Be watching for an email update letter in your inbox in the next couple of days.

Moving Day

We are now officially residents of the Beijing/Fangshan Angel Training School. I moved out of the apartment and into the orphanage. It was a lot of work having to pack up our entire apartment by myself, since Chyloe and the boys were still in the States. It was far and away the easiest move of my life. It is officially the 13th house in which I have lived. The key to any successful move is good packing techniques and lots of friends. Another thing that makes it nice and easy is not owning any furniture. When we got the orphanage we had people coming out of the woodwork to help us unload stuff and we got it done in under 10 minutes.

Packing Tape...

...is officially the 4th worst smell in the world. I just realized that last night.
