Apologies to My Wife - A Retraction

Apparently I made a mistake in my last blog post. I was writing about something that is very much not my area of expertise - cooking. The first thing my wife said after she read it was that I had to issue a retraction because anyone who knows anything knows that condensed milk IS sweetened. She was looking for evaporated milk and bought condensed milk unknowingly (she has not learned the Chinese characters for evaporated or condensed yet). Many of you read the blog post, had a laugh, and moved on. Some of you had a laugh at my ignorance. I just need to let the World Wide Web know that it is my ignorance and not my wife's ignorance that was displayed on my blog. My brother Chad was enough kind enough to write me a correction:

You Sillies - Condensed milk IS sweetened. It is all sweetened, that's what makes it condensed. I believe you are looking for evaporated milk. Just a little culinary info for you.

Chad may be one of three guys I know who would have caught the mistake (Nels and Greg being the others). If you are a guy, and you caught my mistake, I would be curious to know who you are. Send me an email. Also, if you are a female and did not catch the mistake, I would like to know who you are also.
