Just Passing Along Some Exciting News

Exciting news for us, not so exciting for Chase/J.P. Morgan - we sold our house!  It is good for us because we are done with it and did not lose any money (actually they gave us a nice incentive check at closing - why?  I don't know, perhaps that is one of the reasons we are in an economic crisis).  Bad news for the bank because had to do a bank short sale which means we sold it for less than we owed and the bank absorbed the difference.  Thanks guys, sorry about that, but it wasn't our fault.  Anyway, praise the Lord.  This is something that, 6 months ago, we did not see how it could possibly end in a good way.  Our credit rating will be bad for the next 5 years - that's OK, we don't need a credit rating in China!  What an amazing example of His provision!
